At the current rate of soil erosion, sandwich ingredients like mayo could no longer be easily available by 2043. Hellmann’s is investing $30 million to help American farmers switch to regenerative agriculture. That way, farmers can keep growing the soybeans that are used in Hellmann’s mayo–and keep making sandwiches delicious.
